What is ‘Eroica Cicli’?

Named after the famous race  ‘L’Eroica’, we offer an online space where you will find top quality vintage Italian steel-framed bikes and parts and hopefully helpful information as well.

How to buy & pay

Once you find something you want to buy, just add the item to your cart and follow the check out procedure. Fill in the form with your details and leave a note if you want to.  Then you will be redirected to the Paypal page for payment. The currency is in EUR. If you don’t have a Paypal account and want to pay via bank transfer please send an email to buy@eroicacicli.com and we will send you all the information you need.
After your payment is verified you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. If not, please send an email to afterbuy@eroicacicli.com

Shipping

All items will be safely packaged and shipped within 5 days after payment is verified. Every bike or frame will be shipped the fastest way possible. The delivery, for bicycles and frames, usually takes 5-8 working days to get to destination. The shipping cost includes a full insurance coverage up to 3.500,00 €. Buyers will get a tracking code within 24h from the postage of the item purchased. Parts are shipped in envelopes when small enough and in boxes if necessary. The cost differs as you will see in the charts below. An extra fee is applied to the shipment of wheels and rims because of the large dimension of the package.

Return policy

If you’re not satisfied with the item you bought you can return it for full refund within 7 days from the arrival day. However, shipping cost is non-refundable. The buyer pays for return shipping.
